Proximity is the owner and operator of the website https://proximity.foundation/ (“Website”)whose purpose is to Improve education in India and bring in a soft skill enhancement.

9. STORAGE & RETENTION OF DATA
We store the Data in secure cloud servers within the territory of India.
Once the purpose is met, we retain the Personal Data for as long as it is required to be retained under applicable law.
We will delete information based on a request received from you within a reasonable period and latest within 90 days of receiving a deletion request.
